You must be of legal drinking age to buy alcohol from us. We sell alcohol in person only, at our locations, and we reserve the right to ask for proof of age at the point of sale. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell alcohol online or to ship it.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Site for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license is granted for the sole purpose of allowing you to use and enjoy the benefit of the services as provided by Grapevine, in the manner permitted by these Terms.

Prices for wine, beer, food and merchandise are set in store and are shown in U.S. dollars. They are subject to change without notice, and we do not warrant that any price shown on the Site is free of error. Where a price on the Site differs from the price in store, the price in store applies.

We do not sell anything through this Site. There is no online ordering, cart, checkout or shipping — all purchases are made in person at one of our locations, and payment is taken at the point of sale by the methods accepted there.

All products are subject to availability. Our retail shelves change, and we cannot guarantee that a particular bottle described on the Site will be in stock when you visit. Please call us on (803) 802-9463 if you would like us to check before you travel.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for products based on personal taste. If you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at info@grapevine.wine with your order number and a description of the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage. At our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for qualifying issues. Any returns or replacements must be authorized by us in advance.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Grapevine, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These Terms permit you to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site without our prior written consent.

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Grapevine, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms and Conditions.

All matters relating to the Site and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of South Carolina without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.
